May 1990 The creative group “Dice” was created in response to a request from Satoshi Iwata, former President of Nintendo (Manager of Development at HAL Laboratory, Inc. at the time) and started developing software for HAL Laboratory.
May 1991 Dice Co., Ltd. was established with capital of ¥2,000,000, Akihiro Saito as President and Akihiko Koseki as Auditor.
Developed software for Nintendo, HAL Laboratory and other companies.
Akihiko Koseki was appointed as President.
1993 Developed Nintendo of America/Super Nintendo/Vegas Stakes.
1994 Developed NEC/PC Engine/Strider Hiryu.
Nov. 1995 Developed Nintendo of Europe/Gameboy/Adventures of Lolo.
Increased capital to ¥8,000,000.
Jan. 1996 Increased capital to ¥10,000,000.
1999 Developed Nintendo/Super Famicom/Shigesato Itoi’s No. 1 Bass Fishing.
2000 Developed Nintendo/Nintendo 64/Shigesato Itoi’s No. 1 Bass Fishing, Definitive Edition.
Developed Nintendo/Nintendo 64/SimCity 64.
Started Mobile Content Business Department and launched development of mobile phone-based content.
Nov. 2000 Increased capital to ¥15,000,000 with capital injection from Kadokawa Publishing Business Promotion Foundation (value of preferred share capital of ¥10,000,000).
Dec. 2000 Increased capital to ¥23,000,000 through third-party allotment.
Launched provision of Petit Love service on i-mode official website.
2001 An application of our company was selected as No.1 content in the content competition sponsored by Multimedia Content Promotion Association (Ministry of International Trade and Industry) and produced the prototype of an innovative game Signal.
Launched provision of Love IQ Check service on the official Multi Career website Cooperated in creating graphics of Nintendo/GameCube/Super Smash Bros. Melee.
Cooperated in creating graphics of Nintendo/GameCube/Pokemon Stadium. Developed SEGA/Gameboy Advance/Sega Rally.
2002 Launched provision of mobile art service on the i-mode official website.
Jul. 2003 PSI Inc. was established with capital of ¥12,000,000, Akihiro Saito as President and Hisayuki Otani as Director.
2004 Cooperated in creating graphics of “Chunsoft/Playstation2/3 nen B gumi Kinpachi Sensei Densetsu no Kyodan ni Tate!”.
Launched providing “Coupon Catcher” (Venture Link) on the official Multi Career website.
Oct. 2004 Increased the capital of PSI Inc. to ¥16,200,000.
Jan. 2005 Merged with PSI Inc.
Launched provision of Keitai OPTION service (San-eishobo Publishing) on the i-mode official website and EZ web official website.
Feb. 2005 Increased capital to ¥60,500,000 through third-party allotment (Nippon Venture Capital Co., Ltd. etc.).
Apr. 2005 Hisayoshi Hirasawa became Senior Director.
Sep. 2005 Akihiro Saito was appointed as Director and Chief Creative Officer to concentrate on creative operations. Akihiko Koseki was appointed as President and Chief Executive Officer.
May 2006 Dice Networks, Inc. was established as a production company.
Aug 2006 Relocated the office to Nihonbashi-Horidomecho, Chuo-ku Tokyo
2008 Hisayoshi Hirasawa took position as Chief Executive Officer of Dice Networks Inc.
Jun. 2009 To expand operations, the office moved to Tomihisa Bldg., 7th Floor / Motomachi 3-10-9 / Nihombashi, Chuo-ku / Tokyo.
Jun. 2010 Dice Networks Inc. became a 100% subsidiary.
Sep. 2010 Acquired Dice Networks Inc.; company’s name changed to Dice Creative Inc.
Akihiko Koseki became Office Founder and President; Hisayoshi Hirasawa became Chief Executive Officer.
Masahiro Abeki was appointed as Executive Officer.
Jan. 2012 Shunsuke Momma was appointed as Executive Officer.
Kazuhiro Hara was appointed as Executive Officer.
Hiroyuki Nishiura was appointed as Executive Officer.
Dec. 2013 Hisayoshi Hirasawa resigned his post as Chief Executive Officer.
Jan. 2014 Akihiko Koseki was appointed as Chief Executive Officer.
Jun. 2014 To expand operations, the headquarter office moved to Horiichi Bldg., 3rd Floor / Horidome-cho 1-3-18 / Nihonbashi, Chuo-ku / Tokyo.
Aug. 2019 Shunsuke Momma was appointed as Chief Executive Officer.
Akihiko Koseki was appointed as Executive Officer.
